I note that today The Uninvited Guest has reached unprecedented heights in the Amazon.ca sales rankings. I am #602 as I write this, just a few shy of Madeleine Thien's Uncertainty, which actually won the First Novel Award. However, I also note that Heather O'Neill's runner-up book is way up there in the 200s.
I have no idea what this all means, but since I've never seen my book any higher in the rankings than the 5000s, I'll take it. Whoever you are out there buying the book, enjoy!
